1 lb ground sirloin
1/2 lb ground pork
1 small to medium onion diced small
1/2 cup Parmesan grated
3 cloves garlic crushed or chopped fine
1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
1 tsp dry oregano
2 tsp parsley
1 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp seasoning salt (Hy's is good)
1 tsp pepper
1 or 2 eggs beaten
1/2 cup milk
2 tsp Magi liquid seasoning optional
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce optional

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs and mix in milk, Worcestershire sauce and Magi seasoning . Thoroughly mix ground sirloin and pork, onion, Parmesan, garlic, Italian bread crumbs, oregano,parsley, salt and pepper and all seasonings. Mix in egg mixture and form into 1 inch balls. Bake on parchment paper in 350ºF oven for approximately 12 - 15 minutes or until done.

Good in spaghetti sauce or mushroom gravy. You could bake in the oven and top with Ketchup, chili sauce, mustard and brown sugar mix and slice.
