2 cups mashed potatoes(4 med. potatoes peeled)
2 egg yolks, beaten
¼ cup butter
¼ cup green onion, sliced
½ tsp. garlic powder
¼ tsp. ground nutmeg
½ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. white pepper
1 tsp. Paprika

In medium saucepan, cook potatoes, drain. In large mixing bowl, combine potatoes, egg yolks and butter. Mashing well. In small bowl combine rest of ingredients except paprika. Stir into potatoes, mixing well. Using a cookie scoop place scoopfuls onto a sprayed baking sheet. Sprinkle tops with
paprika. On middle rack of oven broil on high 5 to 7 minutes or until golden brown on top.
Makes about 20 to 24 puffs.
