1 TBSP Olive Oil
1/2 Yellow Onion, diced
2 Garlic Cloves, minced
3 TBSP Worcestershire Sauce
3 TBSP White Vinegar
2 TBSP Molasses
1/2 cup Brown Sugar, firmly packed
1 cup Ketchup
1 TSP Dry Mustard
1 TBSP Corn Starch
1/2 cup cold water

Directions:
Directions:
Saute in a pot, the onions and garlic in Olive oil until lightly golden. Whisk in Worcestershire, vinegar, molasses, brown sugar, ketchup and mustard. Cook on low heat, whisking lightly. About 4 minutes. Increase to medium heat. In a cup, mix water and corn starch then add to pot. Stir gently for about 10 minutes until thick. Enjoy!!
