2 eggs
1 cup all purpose flour
1 cup milk
1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
Heat ovem to 450 degrees. Grease six custard cups. Beat eggs slightly; beat in remaining ingredients just until smooth. (do not over beat)

Fill custard cups about 1/2 full. Bake 20 min. Then decrease oven temp to 350 degrees. Bake 20 more minutes. Remove immediately from cups.

Serve hot with butter.
