1 cup flour
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp. sugar
2 cups milk

¼ Cup butter

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º and melt the butter in a 9x13 pan

Pour batter into hot pan and bake 40 minutes

The pancake puffs while baking and shrinks as it cools.

Serve with powdered sugar, berries, syrup or butter
