1 Large Jello - any flavor

3 Tablespoons Sugar

1 Small Can of Crushed Pineapple

2 Cups Buttermilk

1 Medium Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Pour entire can crushed pineapple with juice and box of jello into a sauce pan. Add the sugar and bring to a boil.

Let cool, then add the buttermilk and cool whip.

Pour into a Bundt Cake pan or Jello mold and refrigerate several hours.

To release from mold, set pan down into HOT water for two minutes, then turn immediately onto a plate.

Refrigerate.
