4 Cans of White Shoepeg Corn

1 (8oz) Cream Cheese

1 Jalapeno Pepper, diced

*This is spicy; you can adjust pepper to taste

Directions:

Chop the block of cream cheese and put into a Crock Pot on Low.

Add the corn and jalapeno.

Cook for at least two hours, stirring often.
