1 cup flour
1½ tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
2 eggs beaten
1 cup milk

Mix together


5 slices of bread, cut in half
Directions:
Directions:
Dip half slices of bread in mixture, and fry in about ½ inch of hot oil. Turn when light brown.
Drain on paper towels
