1 bag Romaine lettuce
1 bag iceberg lettuce
½ cup Romano cheese
1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 cup diced Genoa salami
1 can drained white tuna fish



Dressing:

1 cup olive oil
1 cup red wine vinegar
¼ cup Romano cheese
Salt
Pepper
1 teaspoon oregano

Simple salad but oh so good.

Mix salad ingredients in a chilled bowl.

Mix dressing ingredients in a small mason jar and shake well before dressing salad.
