3.1 ounces clarified butter
3.1 ounces flour
1 cup milk
4 cups cooked chicken, diced or shredded
2 quarts (8 cups) chicken broth
1 tbsp chicken base
1-2 tsp salt
¼-½ tsp pepper
¼ tsp garlic powder
1 can small biscuits

Directions:
Directions:
Make a blonde roux. Slowly add in the milk. Slowly add chicken broth. Add chicken base, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Bring to a slight boil. Add chicken, then the biscuits. Cover and cook until biscuits are dry in the middle and no longer sticky on the outside.
