Ingredients:
Ingredients:
* 1 pound hamburger
* 1 cup chopped onion
* 1 cup chopped celery
* 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes with garlic
* 1 can (19 oz) Progresso tomato soup undiluted
* 6 oz (by weight) egg noodles from a 1 pound bag
* 1/2 tsp pepper
* 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the hamburger until no longer pink. Drain the fat and set the hamburger aside. Boil the egg noodles for 5 minutes and drain and rinse in cold water. We don't want to over cook them at this point..
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and put into a 10 inch square casserole dish that was coated with anti stick spray such as Pam. Bake in a preheated 350*f oven for 45 minutes to one hour or until bubbly around the edges.
Hint: 1) The original recipe used the regular condensed tomato soup(10.5 oz. cans) undiluted. We subbed the Progresso because it is less salty and more flavorful. If you use the 10.5 oz. cans of regular soup use 2 of them undiluted.
2) This recipe is frequently doubled or tripled.
