1 large package of chocolate chips
1 stick oleo
1 large pkg. colored miniature marshmallows
1 C chopped walnuts
Coconut to cover wax paper sheets

Directions:
Directions:
Place three pieces of waxed paper approximately 12 inches long on counter. Cover the waxed paper with shredded coconut.
In a large bowl, combine the marshmallows and nuts. In a saucepan, or microwave melt the chocolate chips, and when smooth and glossy pour over the marshmallows and nuts and mix thoroughly. Separate the mixture into 3 parts and pour each part over each of the pieces of wax paper to create a log. Using the wax paper to roll back and forth, roll until the coconut covers the entire log, and then wrap using the wax paper. Place in refrigerator. When chilled, slice into 1/2 slices.
