1 1/2 C sugar
1 C oleo
4 eggs
2 C flour
1tsp. lemon extract
1 Can Thank You Brand Cherry Pie Filling
Powdered Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar with oleo. Beat until smooth. Add the eggs, flour, and lemon extract. Spread into a 11 x 15 baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Score batter with a knife by marking 6 across and 8 down so you have squares. Use 1 tsp. of cherry pie filling into each square. Make sure you place one cherry in the center. Bake at 350º until light golden in color. Cut immediately. When cool, dust with powdered sugar.
