1 tsp sea salt
¾ cup cornmeal
4 tbsp sugar
1 tsp baking powder
2 eggs
¾ cup whole milk

Directions:

Mix together the dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, beats eggs and milk. Add wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until combined. Dip hot dog into batter and cook in 350° oil for 5 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
