2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp EVOO
1 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp sea salt

Directions:

Mix milk and vinegar together. Let sit for 30 minutes. While the milk and vinegar are fermenting, mix together the dry ingredients. Add the oil to the milk mixture. Combine the milk mixture to the dry ingredients until smooth. Refrigerate till needed.
