1 lb. (16 oz.) VELVEETA Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
1/2 lb. pork sausage, cooked, drained (I use Bob Evans sausage - Mild or Hot)
1 can (10 oz.) RO*TEL Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies, undrained (Use mild, or hot depending on your
preference
1 bag of tortilla chips - Scoops work well - You can also use crackers

Optional:1 diced red pepper, 1 small diced onion.

Directions:
In a fry pan, brown sausage (also, pepper and onion if you use it). Drain.
In a crock pot, or in microwave safe bowl, add sausage, Velveeta, and Rotel. Cook in either crock pot or microwave until bubbly. Serve with chips or crackers.
