If ya prefer to cook it, stir-fry with the usual veggies and make Fajitas with it. BUT, do take a taste of the raw meat first.....You might be pleasantly surprised.

Directions: |
Directions:Mix the above ingredients in a bowl and allow to set for three hours at room temp. Then place in refrigerator overnight (covered).
This is done in the raw but the lemon juice actually cooks the meat. The longer the beef sits in the liquid mix the "More cooked it becomes".
Serve as an appetizer. It sounds horrible but actually it is really fantastic!

Notes: I got this recipe from a mutual friend at a party. He lived for some time in the Mariannas Islands and became quite accustomed to the local cuisine. This particular recipe comes from the following principle influences: Asian, Polynesian and Latin American origins. The above recipe is called Beef Kilaquen. Take the raw beef away and it is called Finadeni Sauce. The Finadeni Sauce makes for a really good marinade for traditional B-B-Q'd meats, fish and shellfish (Cooked) or poured over rice. When marinading, marinade for three hours.
