3# sliced onions
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cube butter
1 roll Ritz crackers
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Directions:
Place onions in 11x13 baking dish. Salt and pepper top.
Spread cream of mushroom soup over onions.
Sprinkle cracker crumbs over soup and pour melted butter on top.
Bake 350º for 1 hour, uncovered.
