1/2 C chopped Onion
2 Tsp. minced Garlic
1 TBL Olive oil
2 - 12 oz. Cans of Chicken Broth
2 Cups of Water
1 Tsp. sugar
1/4 Tsp. Pepper
1 Pkg. of Cheese Tortellini
1 - 14 Oz. Can diced Tomatoes
1 Bag Frozen Spinach
3 TBL. Parmesan or Romano Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion and garlic in olive oil until tender. Add broth, water, sugar, and pepper and bring to a broil. Add tortellini. Cook for 5-8 minute until pasta is tender, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat, add tomatoes and spinach cook 5-10 minutes. Sprinkle with Parmesan or Romano cheese before serving.
Optional: Add chicken or sausage if you like.
