3 slices bacon, chopped
1 c. diced red bell pepper
4 boneless skinless chicken breast
¼ tsp. ground pepper
¼ c. basil pesto
1 jar (15 oz.) Alfredo pasta sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º. In a 10 inch skillet, cook bacon over medium-high heat 3-5 minutes, stirring frequently, until crisp. Remove bacon to paper towel. Cook pepper in bacon drippings 1-2 minutes or until crisp tender. Sprinkle chicken breasts with pepper. Cook chicken breasts in bacon drippings 2-4 minutes, turning once, until brown. Place chicken breasts in ungreased 11"X7" (2 quart) baking dish. In medium bowl, stir bell pepper, pesto and Alfredo sauce until well blended. Pour sauce over chicken. Cover with foil. Bake 30-35 minutes or until mixture is bubbly and juice of chicken is clear when center of thickest part is cut. Sprinkle with chopped bacon.
