1-30 oz. bag frozen country style hash browns
2 cups Co-jack cheese, shredded(8 oz.)
1-10¾ oz. can cream of celery soup, undiluted
1 cup sour cream
½ cup onion, diced
½ tsp. salt(optional)
¼ tsp black pepper
1 cup corn flakes, crushed
2 T. butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, combine all
ingredients, except corn flakes and butter. Mix well.
Spread into a sprayed 11x7 inch baking dish or
2 quart casserole. In small bowl toss corn flakes with
butter and sprinkle over casserole. Bake covered for
30 minutes. Remove cover and bake 30 minutes
more until bubbling and topping is golden brown.
Makes 8 servings.
