Salad : 1 lb. fresh spinach
1 can bean sprouts, drained
7 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
3 hard boiled eggs, diced

Dressing : 1 c. oil
1/3 c. ketchup
3/4 c. sugar
1 medium onion, rough chopped
salt & pepper to taste
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. apple cider or white vinegar



Directions:
Directions:
In serving bowl place washed and drained spinach. Top with bean sprouts, then hard boiled eggs and bacon on top.
Dressing: Place all in blender till smooth. Serve over salad or along side.

This recipe came from a very personal friend of mine. I don't know where the name came from but I think it may be from the 1950 or 60's. It can be a nice light summer meal.
