2 lbs. ground beef
1 large onion,chopped
Canned:
1 15 oz. stewed tomatoes
1 10 oz. Rotell type tomatoes
1 15 oz. yellow hominy
1 15 oz. white hominy
1 15 oz. yellow corn
2 15 oz. ranch style beans
1 pkg. Hidden Valley type ranch dressing,dry
2 pkg. taco seasoning mix
2 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat with onion. Add all other ingredients. Do not drain cans. Simmer 40 minutes.
To serve: Crumble taco chips in bowl. Ladle soup over chips.Serve with shredded cheese
and green onion if desired. 8 oz. servings
