Rice paper
vermicelli rice noodles
lettuce shredded or sliced
cucumber sticks
red pepper thin sliced
bean sprouts
green onion sliced
grated carrot or sticks
peanuts
mint leaves
parsley
shrimp cut in half lengthwise
sauce:
1/4 cup soy sauce or teriyaki sauce
1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
1 lime juiced
dash or two asian hot sauce
1 tsp honey or syrup or sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Soften Rice paper in pan of hot water. Make assembly line of each filling and layer on spring roll. Top with 1 tsp of sauce mix. Roll up and serve with peanut sauce.
