3/4 cup all purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
pinch of salt
1 egg
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup butter milk
2 tbsp butter melted
Powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Set aside. In a small bowl whisk together egg. sour cream and buttermilk. Pour into dry ingredients and whisk until smooth. Preheat Cake Pop Maker or use an ebelskiver pan or mini muffin pan and cook in the oven, using a pastry brush brush each well with melted butter or spray lightly with non-stick spray. Fill each well with about 1 tbsp batter. Bake 2 - 3 minutes or until softly set and golden brown on the bottom. Turn Ebelskivers and bake 2 minutes or until golden. In oven cook approx. 10-15 min until done. Generously sprinkle with powdered sugar. Makes about 2 1/2 dozen Ebelskivers
