3/4 cup flour
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp corn meal
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp salt
3/4 cup milk
2 1/2 cups onion chopped (approx 2 small)
Wesson frying oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients. Add milk and mix. Add onions and mix thoroughly. Heat 1/2 inch oil. Drop batter by tablespoon and flatten. Brown both sides. Drain on paper towel.
