Ingredients:
Ingredients:
* 1 to 1 1/2 pound pork tenderloin filet, thawed
* 6 to 8 slices of bacon long enough
to wrap around the pork 1 1/2 times.
* 1 tsp mix of your favorite spices, optional
* 3 or 4 Tbsp of honey or maple syrup

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 390*f.
Cover a small cookie sheet or baking pan with foil to aid in the pan cleanup after cooking. Lay the bacon side by side on the pan. The bacon side by side should be equal to the length of the roast.
Carefully trim any fat and silver skin from the roast. Season the pork with the spices. Set the pork on the bacon and fold bacon over the roast and roll the roast so the bacon seam side is on the bottom of the roast.
Drizzle and brush the honey or map[e syrup on top of the roast and bacon assembly.
Roast in oven for 25 to 40 minutes or until bacon crisps up. The roast will be cooked when bacon is crispy. Baste with the pan juices once during cooking and once when removed from the oven and again before you slice the meat.
Note) Preferably use thin sliced bacon ,If the bacon is thick sliced ,layer it on paper towels on a micro wave safe plate and microwave it for 2 minutes. Let it cool and use it in the recipe. This will prevent overcooking the pork.
