2+ cups cooked rice (a generous 2 cups - if you dont have that much, adjust the milk accordingly)
1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk (15 oz)
1 cup milk
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
cinnamon to taste
optional add ins: raisins, chopped figs, chopped dates, or any dried fruit

Directions:

Bring condensed milk and regular milk to a slow boil in a sauce pan.
Remove from heat and slowly add beaten eggs, stirring constantly. (I crack them in a bowl then bring the bowl close to the surface of the liquid to add)
Return to heat and simmer until thickened enough to coat the back of a spoon.
Remove from heat and add vanilla, cinnamon (a dash of nutmeg if you like), raisins and rice.
Stir to combine.
Serve with a dash of cinnamon sprinkled on top.
Easily reheated in microwave, although you may have to add a splash of milk.
