4 carrots, sliced (or 1 small bag baby carrots, halved)
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cups water
4 chicken bouillon cubes
1 tsp. garlic salt
2 tsp. dried basil
1 lb. egg noodles
Salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
1. Place the chicken and carrots at the bottom of the Crock Pot, followed by the remaining ingredients (except for the noodles).
2. Cook on low for 8 hours, or on high for 4-6 hours.
3. Near the end of the cooking time, cook the egg noodles separately on the stovetop.
4. When the noodles are done, drain and add them to the crock pot.
5. Mix well, and serve immediately.
