1/2teaspoon garlic powder
1 medium onion chopped
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1 Tablespoon Parsley
2 Eggs
1/4 cup ketchup

1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/2 lb uncooked bacon
4-8 oz mozzarella (or whateve cheese you prefer)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine garlic powder, oregano, parsley, eggs, ketchup, worcestersire, and chili powder. Whisk until it's mixed well.

Pour over ground beef and add chopped onion and bread crumbs. Mix well. Form half of the mixture into a loaf and put on a pan with non-stick foil. Use your finger or a spoon to make a well down the middle about an inch wide and an inch deep. Put the shredded cheese into the well. Use the remaining ground beef to form the top layer and seal the loaf well and shape more by hand if needed. Wrap bacon around the loaf to cover entire loaf with back. Pat in well so it stays put.

Bake at 350 for approximately 50 minutes or until cooked to the temp you prefer.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Best to make this on a cookie sheet with non-stick foil instead of a loaf pan so some of the bacon grease can drain off.
