3 Lb Chuck Roast
1/2 Can Beef Broth
1 Cup Flour
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1 or 2 Cloves of Garlic
1 Medium Onion (diced)
2 TBLS Olive Oil
1 Bay Leaf
Salt & Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Wash chuck roast. Season generously with salt, pepper & garlic powder. Coat with flour. Place into oiled skillet & brown lightly on both sides. While browning, add diced onions. Transfer roast & onions to greased crock pot. Toss in whole garlic cloves & bay leaf. Pour 1/2 can of beef broth over roast & add salt & pepper. Cook covered on low for 8 to 10 hours
