For Chicken:
1 tsp. salt & pepper
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 tbsp. flour
½ tbsp. oregano

For Sauce:
3 cups packed brown sugar
¼ cup mustard
1 cup ketchup
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 cup onion, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1 can pineapple

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix the ingredients for the chicken and onto the chicken.
2. Cook chicken in frying pan until browned on each side.
3. Place chicken in a baking dish.
4. Pour pineapple juice in a measuring cup, and then fill the measuring cup up to a cup and a half with water. Pour into a pot, bring to a boil, and pour over chicken.
5. Pour pineapple over chicken, and then seal pan with tin foil.
6. Bake at 350º for 1 hour.
