½ pound ground beef
¼ cup chopped onion
¼ cup extra hot catsup
1½ teaspoon chili powder
½ teaspoon salt
One 8 ounce can pinto beans
½ cup shredded longhorn cheese
¼ cup chopped onion
¼ cup chopped green olives
Corn chips or Doritos

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the meat and the ¼ cup onion in skillet. Stir in catsup chili powder and salt. Add the beans and heat. Garnish with the cheese, ¼ cup onion and the olives. Serve hot with corn chips or Doritos.

Makes 1½ cups
