3½ cups flour
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp cream of tartar
1 cup butter
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
¼ cup milk
1 tsp vanilla

Topping:
3 tbsp sugar
1 tsp cinnamon

Directions:
Mix ingredients and shape into 1" balls. Roll balls in topping mix. Grease baking sheet and place balls on it. Use bottom of glass to flatten the ball then sprinkle with extra topping mixture. Bake at 375º F for 7-8 minutes.
