1 cup oil
1 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
5 eggs
½ cup milk
2 tsp vanilla
4 cups flour
1 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 pkg white chocolate chips
Directions:
Directions:
Beat oil and sugar until light and fluffy. Add milk, vanilla and eggs. Beat well. In another bowl, mix all the dry ingredients together. Slowly add to the wet mixture. Mix until well incorporated. Fold in white chocolate chips. Pour into two 9x13" pan or four 8 or 9" round cake pans or cupcakes. Bake at 350º F.
