1 Vidalia or sweet onion, thinly sliced
1 lemon, thinly sliced
cup cider vinegar
cup champagne vinegar
cup canola oil
cup capers and their juices
tsp celery seeds
tsp sugar
tsp salt
Tabasco sauce, to taste
1 lbs (41/50 Count) peeled and cooked shrimp

Directions:
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except shrimp. Mix well and add shrimp. Let marinate in refrigerator at least 24 hours. Drain and serve.
