* 2 cups of carrots chopped bite size
* 1 cup cut green beans
* 1/2 cup green pepper 1/4 inch dice
* 2 cups chicken broth (divided)
* 2 Tbsp plus 1 tsp cornstarch
* 1/2 tsp ground ginger
* 3 Tbsp brown sugar
* 1 Tbsp soy sauce
* 1 Tbsp dark Molasses
* 1 tsp of garlic powder
* 1 tsp of Tabasco chipolte hot pepper sauce
* 2 cups cooked chicken chopped in 1/2 inch dice
* 1 can (8oz) crushed pineapple

Cook the vegetables (first three items) el dente,either in the microwave oven or steamed on stove top and set aside. Put one cup of broth in a sauce pan (off heat) and stir in the cornstarch and ginger until smooth. Add the last cup of broth ,sugar,soy sauce, molasses,garlic powder and pepper to the pan. Put pan on stove and bring to a boil and cook (stirring frequently) for 2 minutes or until sauce thickens. Add chicken and vegetables to pan and heat through. Add the pineapple to pan and heat through.
Serve with rice or chow mien noodles
