"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

Directions:

Thaw to room temperature box of pie crust

Heat oven to 400º, Bake both frozen pie shells until very light brown

While baking, cook chicken and broccoli

Chop chicken into small pieces, drain broccoli and chop into small pieces

Mix all ingredients together and pour into baked pie shells

Roll out the boxed crusts and either lay on top of each pie, pricking holes before baking or cut into strips and lay on top if you want a fancier looking pie.

Bake in your pre-heated 400º oven for about 25-35 minutes or until golden brown and heated throughout.

If baking from frozen you will need to adjust your cooking length accordingly and keep covered with foil until closer to end of baking.
