1.One package chocolate chips or 1 bottle of chocolate syrup
2.Toppings such as sprinkles, gummy bears, cookie crumbs, etc.
3. Cup cake or muffin wrappers

1. Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave (if using syrup skip this step)
2. Let the melted chips cool for about 1-2 minutes
3. Pour the chocolate carefully into the cupcake wrappers until they are one-half full
4. Sprinkle the toppings on the chocolate
5. Freeze them till frozen
