1 lb of asparagus
2 tbs. olive oil
3 garlic cloves minced
1 tbsp chopped fresh ginger
2 tbsp wate, vegetable stock

Sauce
1/4 cup orange juice
2 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp brown sugar
3/4 tsp constarch or arrowroot
1/2 tsp sesame oil

Garnish with 2 tsp of sesame seeds

In a large skillet or wok, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add garlic and ginger and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
Add asparagus spears and water. Cover and cook for 4 to 5 minutes or until just tender.
Meanwhile, in a small bowl, whisk together orange juice, rice vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, cornstarch and oil.
With Slotted lifter, remove asparagus to a service dish. Pour sauce into juices in saucepan. Cook, stirring for 2 or 3 minutes or until thickened. Pour sauce over asparagus. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
