4 tbsp. salted butter
1 head cauliflower, separated into florets
1 sm onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp flour
2 tsp chopped fresh thyme
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 c whipping cream
1 c shredded Gruyere cheese
1 c panko bread crumbs
1/4 c sliced almonds
1/4 c grated Parmesan Cheese

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. melt butter in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add cauliflower and next 2 ingredients; saute 10 minutes or until golden and just tender. Sprinkle with flour and next 2 ingredients; stir well. Remove from heat.

Spoon cauliflower mixture into sprayed 9X13 baking dish, and drizzle with cream. Sprinkle with Gruyere cheese and next 3 ingredients. Bake for 18-20 minutes until golden.
