* 6 boneless skinless chicken thighs
* 1/4 tsp pepper
* 1/4 tsp salt (optional)
* 2/3 cup your favorite red BBQ sauce
* 1/3 cup honey
* 2 tsp mustard
* 1 tsp hot sauce (optional)
* 1/2 tsp onion powder
* 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Place the thighs in a plastic sealable bag. And using a rolling pin(or other meat mallet) beat them to flatten them to about 1/2 inch thick prior to cooking.
Pre heat oven to 425*f. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with non stick cooking spray.
Place chicken on the prepared baking sheet.
In a small bowl mix the rest of the ingredients until blended.
Using a basting brush , brush chicken with sauce mixture.
Place the pan in the oven and bake for 15 minutes.
Remove chicken from the oven and turn each piece over. Brush the chicken with the sauce and put back in oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until done.
Serve hot with your favorite side dishes.
