1½ pound lean groud beef
3 cups shredded monterey jack cheese
1 can (15 ounce) pinto beans, rinsed and drained
2 medium roma tomatoes, seeded and chopped
1 large onion, chopped
1 bunch romain lettuce, torn
1 can (15 ounce) black olive, rinsed and drained
1 can (15 ounce) corn, rinsed and drained
1 - 12 ounce package corn chips
1 bottle 24 ounce Catalina Salad dressing

Directions:
In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain and rinse with very hot water (may add taco seasoning spice to meat after draining just like making taco's, if desired)

Transfer to a large serving bowl add beans, tomatoes, onion, lettuce, corn chips, black olives (if desired), corn, cheese, and dressing toss gently to mix and coat with dressing
