1 cup flour
½ teaspoon salt
6 Tablespoons cold butter
4 Tablespoon ice cold water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together flour and salt in a medium size bowl
Cut in butter with pastry blender or forks until mixture is pebble size crumbs
Add water and blend until mixture pulls together
Roll into a ball and place on lightly floured surface
Roll out dough to about a 13 inch circle
Gently roll dough around rolling pin and unroll over pie pan
Gently press into pan and turn edgges under
Crimp edges
Bake 375º until golden brown or follow filling directions
