Cook bacon in a large, non-stick frying pan
After bacon is done, remove it and add about 1 inch of water with grease and bits still in the pan. Scrape the bits from the bottom of the pan with a wooden flat blade. Heat on medium high until the water is shimmering. Crack each egg into a separate cup and slid into the water. Salt and pepper each one. Cook 2 minutes and gently use a large, non-stick slotted spoon to gently get the egg to float. Use the slotted spoon to remove them at desired doneness.
