2 cups self rising flour
2 sticks butter (real butter)
8 oz. Sour Cream

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Place flour in a medium size bowl.
Add melted butter and mix very lightly. Add sour cream and mix well. (Mixture will be stiff).

Drop approx. 1 T. (or a BIG spoonful) of dough into a mini muffin tin. DO NOT spray pans.

Bake 8 to 10 minutes.
Makes approx. 36 to 40 biscuits.
