1 celery rib, sliced
3 tbsp salted butter, divided
1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
2/3 c mayonnaise
1/ c sour cream
2 tbsp minced onion
3 c cooked chicken
1 can water chestnuts, drained
1 jar mushrooms, or 1 c fresh sautéed mushrooms
2/3 c shredded swiss cheese
1 tube crescent rolls
1/2 c sliced almonds

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Saute celery in 1 tbsp butter til tender, stir in soup, mayo, sour cream, onion, chicken, water chestnuts and mushrooms. Cook on medium heat til boiling and transfer to a greased 9X13 pan. Sprinkle with cheese. Unroll crescent roll into a rectangle and place over cheese. Melt remaining butter, toss with nuts and sprinkle over top, bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes.
