1 pkg crescent rolls -(2 pkg if you want a larger ring)
Mix together:
1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese - shredded
8 pieces of thin, cooked chicken breasts, OR cut up chicken pieces
Slightly cooked broccoli florets

double all this if you want a larger ring.....

Directions:
Directions:
On a baking sheet, unroll the crescent rolls with points facing to the outside
Arrange chicken, broccoli and cheese on the base of each piece
(can add mayonnaise or pesto to stick together better)
Roll crescent rolls back up, and pinch ends of dough to hold together/seal.
Bake 12-15 minutes at 375º until light golden brown (350º for dark or non-stick pan)
Brush with butter when removed from oven, and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese

Options:
Add chopped onions, mushrooms, green peppers with mayonnaise or pesto, and add to chicken

OR:
Spread crescent pieces with pizza sauce. Add chopped veggies, and cooked ground beef, or sausage, or pepperoni. add mozzarella cheese. Roll up. top with more sauce and Parmesan cheese.
