½ cup unsalted butter
2-4 cloves of garlic, minced
2 cups of heavy cream
¼ - ½ tsp ground black pepper
A pinch of salt
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Melt butter in a medium sauce pan on medium low heat. Whisk in the garlic, heavy cream, salt and pepper. Bring the mixture to a boil at current heat. If it reaches a rapid boil or looks like it will, turn down the heat. Whisk in the parmesan cheese and bring back to a boil. Continue to boil for 8 minutes, whisking frequently. Pour sauce over cooked noodles.

2 ounces clarified butter
2 ounces flour
4-8 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups milk
3 ½ cups cream, divided
2 pinches salt
1 tsp black pepper
2 cups shredded parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Make blonde roux with the minced garlic. Slowly whisk in the milk and 2 cups of the cream. Add in the salt and pepper. Simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Take off of heat and add in the cheese. Once the cheese melts, stir in the remaining 1 ½ cups cream. Return to a low heat until heated through, about 15 minutes. Serve.
