1 lb. ground chuck
1 1/2 Tbsp. honey
1 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. sesame oil
1 Tbsp. rice vinegar
1/3 c. peeled Bosc or Asian pear
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 Tbsp. fresh grated ginger
3 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 large egg, beaten
1/3 c. breadcrumbs
6 oz. linguini
2 Tbsp. gochujang, or ketchup mixed with 1 tsp. hot sauce
3 green onions

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450 º. Combine honey, black pepper, oil, vinegar, pear, onion, ginger, soy sauce and half of minced garlic. Process in a food processor and then mix with beef. Add eggs and breadcrumbs. Form into meatballs and bake for 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, boil noodles for 8 minutes. Reserve 2/3 c. pasta water. Scrape pan juices from beef into pan. Whisk in gochujang, remaining garlic and pasta water. Mix in cooked pasta and meatballs. Scatter with green onions before serving.
